WORK ANNIVERSARY: CELEBRATE YOUR MOTIVATION

The first of any milestone in life is always special, especially the first year of your adorable child’s birthday or the first anniversary of your wedding.

Celebrating them can be a lovely way to cherish the joy and pleasure of binding us.

When it is specifically related to professional life, it can be a wonderful moment to reflect on how far one has come since the first day at the job.

Last week was a special moment to rejoice the completion of one year for three of our team members. We held a small celebration of the achievements of our colleagues to show them how much we value their hard work.

The event marked the photo shoots of all the colleagues dressed in their best formal attire. It was a fun filled event that lasted throughout the day, with everyone participating in different informal activities and games. Following cake-cutting and a special barbeque lunch the entire team got together for a group photo.

We spent the day reflecting on how far we have come and looking ahead to what the future may bring. We discussed how our team was growing and diversifying, the positive changes that had taken place during the last year, and our plans for achieving even greater success in the coming months.

The members who completed their first year in the company were given gifts and certificate as tokens of appreciation.

It was a de-stressing experience, with everyone taking a break from their hectic schedule to enjoy the celebrations as the team felt energized to return to work the next day with renewed vigour and enthusiasm.

A work anniversary marks the day when individuals begin their first journey at a company and is a significant moment in their career. It is an ideal time to reflect on individual successes, and make a toast to future achievements.

An excellent way to do this is to celebrate the milestones of their tenure with the organization. It will make them feel special, motivate them with a sense of achievement for the purpose.
